Adam did great! He was prompt in receiving me as a walk-in customer and called me up before the expected time of completion for my Code A1 Service.. I was calling for the last 2?days to schedule for Servicing of my Honda Accord but just getting a recording on phone and not having a return call at all. Good I met Robert at the front of the office and referred me to Adam. He applied a coupon on my A1 Service so I got a discount and also gave me a code for a free car wash. He also provided me transpo to & from the Service Center. Adam was pleasant with his conversation with me; very professional.

Stephanie Sanchez, I want to share with you my personal experience I had today with the service center. I am very disappointed on sitting in the lobby and asking for a bottle of water 2 time and the girl at the service desk put up her hands and says she does not have the keys........ Really ???? (She seemed like I was asking too much of her and her time). (2nd time she went over to Steve Fong office and said they don’t have any....... there a Vending machine in the lobby go buy one there.... ok???? With attitude!! ) The the second time she just does have no clue on if they have water or what??? Really not really try to help but just trying to sit back in her chair. Most of the time I come here for service and they have at least water to give to there gust. The service at this dealership is really starting to slip for good service to bad service. Go to Costco buy 40 bottles of water for $4.99 with CRV. Just very disappointed at Monrovia dealership for not having a basic item for their customers that come back to them after spending 26k on a new car. I blame the Manager and Management for not paying attention to the details for the customer fo basic items as bottle water. Names: Costumer service in Lobby: Julia Service tech: Vince Service Manager: Steve Fong Ps. I went over and talked to Steve Fong about my concern and he said did not have water.... To my surprise he had a case of Gatorade next to his desk that cost about $14.99 He has his personal drink that he did not offer to Julia to give to us when she went over to ask him about water, but when I look down he seemed embarrassed that he had a drink for himself but not for his cast so at that point he offered but I refused!!! I let him know that I had already purchased the water out of the vending machine for a dollar. ( water seems to me a basic item to offer your guest when they are waiting for an hour for the car to be serviced. ) I just want to thank you for your good Service to me and my wife. You helped me when I asked for a schedule time and you sent me a coupon for oil change. I am sorry that the others failed on there customer services. Thank you again. Mrs. CanHui Wang Mr. Robert R

As always, Vince Tran did an excellent job for me. From appointment, check in, explanation of service and cost, time frame, uber service offered, and contact when my odyssey was ready. Billy was very accommodating & helpfull in every way. He explained to me what needed to be done with the car since it has 30 K + mileage. He wasn’t pushy at all. I really would like him to help me again next time I bring my car for service.

Adam is very good and efficient, I bought pilot in February 2020 my car has only 2600 miles now, the problem was the spark noise from dash board on and off for some times and I took it to other Honda dealer they could not find the problem, I talked to your technician Hanson and he spot the problem right away, the problem solve in no time, I am very happy with the service, thanks to Adam and Hanson and thank you.
