Got my tires and alignment done. The service manager I dealt with was very kind and the automotive tech was just as helpful. I actually had after market wheels on my tires and they managed to find the right 6 spline lock they needed to get the tires off. The 6 spline lock was hard to find at 13 different parts stores we called. But Germain Honda had it and got the job done. Thank you Germain

Was not pleased with the jump in price from what I was quoted last month to replace my rear shocks went up $160. Was not mentally prepared for that cost, but needed to have them replaced. Not anything Nathan did. He has ALWAYS provided 10 service and would recommend him to anyone going to Germaine Honda to service their vehicle. Like all things in our current economy just wasn’t happy that a service jumped up $160 from the $815 price I was quoted the month before, but it is what it is.

Happy with the efficiency and urgency of the service department. Shout out to Levi for being an absolute professional, and always being attentive and John (tech) for taking great care of my Hondas. I can't consider taking my Hondas anywhere else as I feel at home at Germain Honda.
