As always, my agent was great: friendly, straight forward and helpful. I waited for the car to be serviced, waiting area is roomy and comfortable with plenty of space to set up and answer emails while I waited. The downside is the service was more expensive since the name/ownership change.

As always, a good experience doing business with Germain Honda. Nathan was easy to work with, professional and attentive. He explained what my car needed, explained all the factory recommendations and what services were in the future. The repairs to my vehicle were completed in a reasonable amount of time. I also appreciated the complimentary car wash.
