I brought my own synthetic oil and quality oil filter, but the instructions to install my Amsoil engine oil and filter were ignored and Mobile 1 was installed. The Amsoil and filter is guaranteed for 12,000 miles or one year, but my service advisor told me I should change it out when the change oil light comes on, and I guarantee you that will happen before I have driven 12K or one year. Still was charged a fee for oil change even though the oil installed was not what I provided and expected to be installed in my vehicle.
