I had an appointment and it took two hours for the work to be completed. First I had to wait while my agent was on the phone. Approximately thirty minutes later someone finally had reviewed my service message and told me it would take another thirty minutes to complete everything required. I got a text two hours plus after arriving that my work was completed. Again my agent was on the phone. I said I was not waiting any longer so another agent finished. Does this sound like you have effective associates?
