I needed a new battery for my Honda CRV and was going to go to my usual road assistance company. Then I remembered the great emergency service with my side view mirror that I got from Nathan a few weeks prior and thought “why would I go somewhere else when Germain Honda of Surprise always treats me so well?” You folks are great!

I was not satisfied with my visit. The customer service person did not mention to me that I would have to pay if it was not covered under warranty and I would not be able to leave with my car if there was not a payment done. The information provided by this person was very misleading. I am very frustrated with my experience with Germain Honda, and will highly not recommend you guys to anyone ever again. I have never had such a horrendous experience with any car service ever. Especially to the point of not being able to take my car home without giving some sort of payment to just have the car looked at or what you guys like to call “diagnosed”.
