Appointment at 7:00 am for oil change and tire rotation. Check on vehicle at 8:25 am and work not started and told 30-45 minutes. Had to tell Service Mgr that I need to leave and only ended up with oil change. The vehicle is leased and I am trying to keep up with maintenance but service times are horrendous. Told vehicle work would be done around 8:00 am but ended up 8:45 am with no tire rotation or complimentary car wash. Service Mgr apologized and comp’d oil change

Victor Morales was exceptional and provided exceptional customer service. He rebuilt my key fob after it fell apart and I handed the many parts in a sandwich bag to him. Mr. Morales confirmed that the maintenance items on my list were completed, and ensured the MAP software update was completed. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to making my experience positive is most appreciated!

I would say a three hour wait for an A service on my 2020 Civic is a bit excessive! Yes, I had an appointment. However apparently that didn’t mean anything. The service rep did tell me they were “slammed” and it would be an hour and half wait. However, three hours later ! I found it a bit disturbing that during that three hours there was absolutely no communication with me regarding the progress . In fact I received a car fax test regarding my car before I was ever called up to pay. No apologies, no nothing! In my 45 plus years of owning and having my Honda’s serviced, I have never had such an experience. Yes I was disappointed and disillusioned!
