Al is awesome. We scheduled an appointment and completely spaced it. I called and asked if I could still get the car in for the oil change and he was very accommodating. Thank you Al! Your the best!!!

Left 2 messages and did not receive a call back. Appointment was scheduled on a different day then I requested. When picking up vehicle, only person available was someone who could not assist with checkout.

I had to go to the dealership twice to have my front window replaced, that was not the dealership’s fault. However, at the second visit I let the dealership and window company (recommend by dealership) know I would be there at 8:30 am. I held my end of that deal up but without hearing anything all day I arrive to check on my car at approximately 2-2:15pm that same day and I’m told the car is still not done. They also cannot find my key to check on my vehicle. Key was eventually found but car was still not done so I advised the dealership that I had to pick up my child in 15mins, I was offered a rental but needed both car seats out and put in the rental. This was another issue but no one’s fault the car seats are well secured and could not be removed at the time in such a hurry; again no one’s fault for that. So after all this I was given my own car to be able to pick up one of my 2 children (the other was picked up later) then had to bring the car back AGAIN to have the windshield calibrated. In this time the dealership had my car for 6+ hours for a windshield replacement and calibration. I was given one free future oil change which is the least I could get for all this time wasted , the pure frustration and hassle this has been. I held up my end of the deal by arriving on time for my appointment and was severely let down.

On Wednesday, March 29th, I had a scheduled appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Upon arriving early, I was told other vehicles were ahead of me and that it would take about three hours. I expressed my concern with Nathan and he told me that an appointment didn’t necessarily guarantee my spot and time. Imagine my disappointment and frustration that your business either overbooks with no regard for my time or simply puts walk-ins ahead of me. Either is unacceptable from a customer service perspective. A few minutes later, I was informed that a recall had to be addressed while my truck was there and that I couldn’t simply come back at another time. Surely, since you are a Honda dealership, I should have been advised of required recall repairs when I called for my appointment. After all, I gave year and model of my truck. Honestly, your customer service is abysmal and I will search for other options for scheduled maintenance.

I don’t think I should have to pay for an update for my car. I feel it’s something that should be done from Honda. I’m doing research on further things that need to be done, I will be price checking places.
