I don’t have any thing negative to say about Al. He’s always very pleasant, and very thorough. My issue was he was told by the service techs that I needed something done on on my breaks again, when in fact I had the same thing done in June of last year. I mentioned it to Al as I was checking out, and sure enough he did find it was done last June, so he took it out of the computer systems. I don’t appreciate at the car dealership when the service technicians continue to say you need some thing, when, in fact, you’ve already had it done.

Alberta (may have his name misspelled) as Nathan was not at desk to check me in. He went out of his way to help me reprogram my new Apple iPhone correctly on car radio system. He also helped me with lock on rear hatch sunscreen pull. Thank you, June U
