André is amazing! His costumer service skills are great, very friendly and will get back to you right away, but what I liked about him was that thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done with my car and even gave recommendations for what’s best for my car. Then he even help my sister out with her car on a short notice. I’d highly recommend him to anyone who’s in surprise and/or request him again whenever I’m back in Arizona.

I felt that Nathan went through the list of recommended services extremely quickly to the point where it seemed like he was just going through the motions and didn't really care one way or the other about what he was doing. I also generally had a very difficult time understanding him since he was talking very quickly and not enunciating his words. I did not have this problem with the service tech who checked me in who was an older gentleman and very polite. Also Nathan did not go over the wheel alignment with me and I was surprised and disappointed when I got home to see that it is supposedly out of alignment. I just got the wheels aligned less than a month ago. I would have liked to have discussed it with him while I was there but it was not brought to my attention
