We're not sure who Andree is but we assume the requested work was done. An explanation of the issues found on the report would be helpful. We talked to someone there (apparently not our service person who was not there when we went to pick up our vehicle) who helped explain that many of the issues found are based on time and mileage rather than examination and how to recognize when some of them are really needed. That was very helpful and would be of benefit if printed on the report.

I felt carpet mats should have all been removed before rubber mats were installed, which they weren’t, except for driver’s floor mat. The cargo tray obviously was not the right fit and you didn’t do anything to remedy that. I returned 2 hrs later and talked with parts department and they found that the 2023 CRV Hybrid cargo mat should have been installed instead of regular 2023 CRV. Parts put the right one in and it fit perfectly.

I told Victor that I had a prior engagement and needed my oil change to be done as quickly as possible. He genuinely took care and despite being a really busy day in the service dept, my car was ready earlier than I had expect it to be! He was friendly, attentive and even took the time to talk with me about good upgrade options for my growing family. I’ll be back and hope to see Victors smiling face!

The car was fixed right the first time. The car runs a lot better and it passed Arizona emissions.
