The service advisor that checked my vehicle in told me that for the 30k miles service I also needed a fuel system service and my filters needed to be replaced. For an additional $600. I declined the additional items and I'm glad I dud. When my car was done I asked Nathan about the additional services. He told me that they were not required at 30k miles. So, I was lied to. Totally unacceptable.

Al & Dave **** took great care of my issue. Dave’s constant fantastic customer service is the primary reason I have continued to come back to this dealership for the past 6-7 years. He was a great service advisor & that continues now with his managerial responsibilities. Both gentlemen are an asset to your company.

Everything ok until I reviewed report and noticed that one of the “found issues” was Replace Air and Cabin Filter soon. A “yellow” issue. My filters however were changed the day prior to service and were pure white. Just makes one question any recommended repair/service.

He was friendly and polite. He was not pushy on getting services done that were recommended. He did explain to me the importance of getting those services done and recommended to get them done soon, when i am ready too. He was respectful and helpful on making sure my car would be ready in time to pick up my kids. I am glad he is there to help me with my car services.
