The service was accomplished as expected. The one concern I have I why there is a $20+ charge for shop supplies for changing the fluid in the transmission and brakes. There is a charge for the fluid and gaskets. Can’t image you used $20 of tape, wire etc. The price quoted doesn’t include the charge. the other concern is the check out process. I could see my vehicle in the pickup area over 40 minutes prior to me checking out. The text notice I received while driving home.

Victor was great and letting me know how long the wait would be was a truthful answer. What I am extremely disappointed with is that although I scheduled an appointment for a oil/filter change and tire rotation, (and I got there early) it would take a minimum of 2 hours. I didn’t plan for that long, so I had to call around to make other arrangements to get picked up and then additional arrangements to be brought back. With a busy schedule how can I plan if a simple service job (yes, I learned how to change oil/filter and rotate tires) takes a minimum of two hours with an appointment? Your process for scheduling and job flow seem to need some improvement. Are you happy with this turnaround time?
