I had a small crack on my windshield for a long time, but I noticed it was much bigger upon picking up my truck. My windshield wipers were also upside down. I'm guessing they must have taken them off for some reason, but they put them back on flipped upside down. I'm currently having issues trying to get them off to turn them back the right way.

Andre is always helpful. I had to take my sons car back for the third time this time to address the splash guard from the underbody. We were told even though it should be documented a Germain Honda service technician if splash guard was removed. It was not and that there could not be any verification of hat we were at fault. Ultimately I paid the fee of 116 dollars to have it put back on. David service manager did not offer any resolution and was quite rude given the prior circumstances of waiting almost a year for a part to be replaced and now this issue
