This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in a long time. I bought my car from this Honda Dealership just this year. I made a 6:45am appointment for my first oil change. I thought that I had signed up for a maintenance program and Al looked into it, but confirmed that I did not. Without me asking he partnered with his manager and had the oil change completed for free. I couldn't believe it. Not only that he went through the steps, pro's and con's if I wanted to sign up through financing for the maintenance program. What a great guy!

You were going to charge me triple what another garage is charging for the same service. Customer service was rude. And, the hours you’re open on your website don’t match your actual hours, which created a huge inconvenience. I’ll never come back.

Satisfactory experience every time I go in. Alfredo always takes the time to explain all services needed on my vehicle and explain why and what each service is for. He never makes me feel dum for not knowing and answers all of my questions. Dealer is always very clean as well which is a plus
