Viktor was the type of service advisor I would tell people to avoid. He accused me of not taking care of my my vehicle in order to try and sell me more maintenance I didn’t need. How foes a car with 28k miles need spark plugs and valve adjustments? Overall, I felt insulted, and as if he thought low of me. Maybe its because of my age, but there is no reason you should ever try to make someone feel bad to make a couple more bucks off someone. If the dealership wants to remain in good standing with their customers I recommend giving Viktor some retraining on customer service. He is going to ruin your dealerships reputation if he continues to berate people and try to guilt them into spending more money. I hope this review is recognized because I will make sure I never have to work with Viktor again, if I ever come back here for service.

Since Germain took over everything has been terrible. WE have owned Hondas for 40 years, but our next purchase will probably be either a Nissan or a Toyota.

I didn’t like how he was running a young employee down. I didn’t need to hear it and the complaints he had were ridiculous. He was as slow as the kid he ran down multiple times.
