Seems like the service department is a sales department. Was offered services that had already been done to the vehicle by this dealership. Makes any suggestions seem shady.

When I bought the car I was told I would get the first two oil changes free. Yes it said 12k miles but the first oils change is at 5K miles and the second was when it got to 15% oil life. The oil lasted 10k miles, Honda knows how long the oil last so why would you put a 12k mile limit on the oil change. I really feel this was just a gimmick to think I was getting something when I really wasn’t. Nate is absolutely the best!

Honda needs to coordinate its customer service outreach better. I already submitted a comment that Mike’s service was exemplary, but continue to receive texts & calls. This has become annoying????

Levi is great. Maybe you guys can let Honda USA know that the prices they have on the internet for parts (an A/C compressor in this case) are way off.

Steve helped me when I first arrived and was so nice & welcoming. I have a leased vehicle and was in for yearly maintenance. I’m a travel nurse from NC finishing an assignment in Arizona. My son that lives in Litchfield Park recommend your dealership. I’m so happy that he did. I was kept updated and when they found Something, before just replacing the item, he came out to speak with me and asked if they should proceed with replacing the needed air filter. That was the best customer service that I have ever received. When I return to Arizona for a family visit or another travel assignment I will definitely be coming back if car service is needed.

Andree provided great customer service. Additional parts were needed and he was able to get them elsewhere for same day repair. I am so appreciative that he stayed informed on the arrival of the parts and the complexioned of the service so that I could have my car by closing time.
