Took my car for an oil change Saturday morning and did not make it in time before they closed. Someone from Honda called at 4:59 but I couldn’t answer at the time. Called back Around 530 which the receptionist explained that they were closed at 5 and could not get my keys until Monday morning when you open. Now I understand that it closes at 5, but that puts me in a major inconvenience not just holding my car for The Weekend but having to rush it to get there in the morning before work when I work in Scottsdale and was almost late for work. That’s not even the issue, the problem I have is the nonchalant attitude of the receptionist. There was no willingness to help, no urgency, no solutions, and no urge to help whatsoever, not even attempting to try to call someone or even search for the keys which I learned was placed on the desk. Granted I’ve made it in time, but I always receive poor service every time I come to Surprise Honda. Never complain when I pull up and NO ONE comes to greet you. I had to call the front desk to get service. Maybe they couldn’t see the only car there through the glass windows. Not to mention when I do walk in and people can barely open their mouths to speak or say hello. And to top it off, there is writing on my windshield that still says express wash which clearly didn’t get washed AND I didn’t ask for because whenever I do, it never gets cleaned so stopped saying yes altogether. Poor service most likely won’t be back I’d rather drive out of my way to get service than deal with bad customer service.

Nathan **** is always amazing when coming in to have service done on my car. Haven’t had the best experience other than with him. I keep coming back to this dealership solely because he is so friendly and helpful when bringing my car in for service! Amazing guy!
