Been going here for awhile now but today service was horrible. My service advisor sucked. He was on the phone so instead of trying to rush him I went to go sit down. He seem us come in and instead of coming over to let us know he was done he ruling said it was my fault for not staying in front of him to get check in. No customers service. Im done going there now ill take my business to avondale location instead. Plus place looks like its gonna close anyways.

Michael was awesome!! He did his absolute best to help us in a very stressful situation. He was so compassionate and professional. We r so appreciative to him and all he did to help us through a terrible time. He even helped us in advising us to check with our insurance and helped guide us through that process. He even got us back home by calling us an Uber. There should be more people like him in the service industry. I hope he gets recognized for his going beyond his duty to help us.
