Andre was polite but I feel that he didn't let me know what really was needed on my vehicle to fix it. I think the quote on just the test was way overpriced when I could have got it for $10 at Firestone. So obviously I'm not going to go back to recharge the air-condition system for $680! I feel ripped off for sure...unfortunately I used to deal with Dave and was very happy with his service cuz I trusted his advice. He was always truthful with me.

"Boudie" was very friendly and cordial. When I initially spoke to him on the phone to set up the recall appt., I specifically mentioned that I was a first-time Honda owner, and it would be my first time coming to a Honda dealership. So I must confess that I was a bit surprised that when I arrived, I was treated like a run-of-the-mill customer -- as if it was just "business as usual." No personal interest expressed like, "so how did you come to get a Honda?" to get to know me a little better, and show me that I was important. It made me think that it was just another day repairing someone's car. It made me ask myself, "why should I come back here?" and develop a relationship with this dealership, and these people.

Stephen was professional and respected my time. He offered additional care for my car, but was not too pushy, which i appreciated. He remembered me as a previous customer which is one of the reasons I will continue bringing my car in for service there. Stephen is by far the best person I have encountered at the service department.

I specifically asked that my vehicle have an oil and filter change only. I did not want the vehicle washed or the tires rotated. Why my request was ignored only the service writer knows. And please tell Mr. Sainz his smart remark was not appreciated.
