The bottom panel on my car was not reattached properly and came loose while driving the day after I picked it up. The AC works great now though.

I spent an hour and a 1/2 waiting for my oil and filter to be changed on my car. When I arrived home I found that the service man had not followed my instructions. I had brought my own oil and filter. He did not put my oil in the car he did not put my filter on the car.I spent an hour and a 1/2 waiting for my oil and filter to be changed on my car. When I arrived home I found that the service man had not followed my instructions. I had brought my own oil and filter. He did not put my oil in the car he did not put my filter on the car. This service person should be fired. He is liable to damage somebody's car by not following instructions. The service representative that took my information and took care of getting the situation fixed when I brought the car back did a fine job. The actual person that worked on my car should be fired because he is dangerous to everybody's automobile in your service department.
