I felt like a diagnostic $129.00 +or - and a commitment to call and explain any further charges was not followed, although you kept the car overnight to verify it was fixed, I did not expect a final bill in excess of $400.00 . Once they found a dome light switch turned on and they turned it off, the problem was diagnosed and fixed, after keeping the car overnight was just to verify that the battery did retain a charge.

Some folks dread spending time at the dealership during service appointments. With coffee tea good wifi and a lovely view of palms and new Honda vehicles in the lot, it's a nice respite from house chores. And the staff is always friendly

Nathan is one of the best service advisors i have had over a few decades when using auto service folks. Pleasant level headed and makes you feel good whe. You're in his hands (as well as Levi!)
