My car was there for 6.5 hours for an oil change and I was not communicated with that it was ready at any point or what it was waiting on. It also needed new tires which did not get done. I feel like customers with fleet vehicles are not treated as well as other customers with personal vehicles. Very poor service I will think twice before coming back.

The employees I spoke to today were very helpful. I interacted with staff from sales, finance, parts and service. Everyone I talked to was very complimentary and were trying to assist me with my questions. Job well done!

I've determined the replacement windshield wiper blades are the wrong size. After calls to other Ford agencies the price quoted at CH Ford for recommended services is much higher than your competitors. I wish to return tomorrow and have the correct size wiper blades installed.
