Joshua Newman was very professional and very good at what he does. We had in the past very bad experience with Chino Hills Ford but I must say this time was very nice. Took a little more than expected in time but it was a busy day.if you hire nice people like Joshua your customer service will always be super! Thank you Joshua for your help. Humberto Lopez provides professional service for the continued recall campaign repairs of my 2012 Ford Focus. Mr. Lopez’ efforts and expeditious repair and return of my vehicle made the (continued) mechanical maladies almost tolerable. Again, Mr. Lopez’ professionalism is greatly appreciated.

Came in at 1110am with out an appointment as my car was acting up. She acknowledge me and had the techs get right on what she thought was the problem. She was RIGHT! They had my car in and out in a reasonable amount of time! I was happy.
