Adam did great in getting our warranty work completed. There seems to be an issue with the phone system at the dealership as every time we call it seems to get disconnected. A new phone system would be more efficient for everyone. Additionally, the finance people are great at selling maintenance and warranty products, but they need to be more knowledgeable about the programs they provide as we had to pay for synthetic oil which wasn’t included in the plan and we were not aware. There is also a deductible for the extended waterworks that was never told to us. The two Departments need to come together so they are on the same page for a better customer experience. You walk out with the new car believing your payment includes what is needed and then when hit with the you owe at service pick up is quite a bummer. Poor Adam and the others have to deal with the unhappy customers upon picking up their vehicles which isn’t fair. I hope this helps with the customer service at the dealership as I am a long time customer and have referred many and I want to keep coming back myself.

Very poor service. My car was brought to the service dep't of this dealership. Was checked said nothing was wrong. nobody called that It was ready for pick up. When I got there I was passed on from one front person to the back who seemed deaf but not yet did not hear my question who or where am I supposed to go to check out my car. People seemed busy but no customer was there? I was the only one claiming my car. This is always a bad experience going to this dealership. I tried it the second time and confirmed to myself NEVER will I do business with this dealership. BAD, BAD, BAD!!!

Brought my vehicle in three or four weeks ago because it was running rough. They did a tuneup and a service. When I got it back it ran good for about a week. Then started shuttering and the light came on again. When I brought it back in, suddenly I need a whole new engine. Was a little floored. I probably will check around. Wasn’t planning on putting that kind of money into my vehicle, when I plan on retiring in three or four years.
