After waiting 2 hours in the waiting room there was nothing done to my flat tire after discussing the triple care plan I have purchased with my vehicle. Assessing a flat tire and tire tread shouldn’t take longer than 30 minutes, whereby I understand that there may be backed up issues with how busy the shop is i believe 2 hours is excessive After leaving the shop, I received no after report in which may have been both of mine and Jessica’s faults but I called explicitly asking Jessica to send it to me through email after in which she did not. Please resolve this issue for me before calling in tomorrow to ask for the report again. Thank you

Appointment was available when needed. Customer service is always excellent . Availability to get ride home and back to pick up my vehicle great. Brakes work well the service department did a great job . Always pleased each time I come to have my car service !

When I picked up my truck it looked like someone had ransacked it, needless to say I was not happy with that. I went back and tried to talk to the manager, I was told I had to speak to the person who helped me and she was at lunch. I have been having my Vehicles serviced here for years and had never run across anything like this. The excuse I was given was because they were looking for the wheel key, I was in the service waiting area the whole time and had my phone on me there was no need for them to ransack my truck all they had to do was ask or call me. My back seats were up and everything was just thrown everywhere, they also went through my center console. needless to say I was very unhappy with the service yesterday.

Everyone I dealt with was very nice. Prices were better than other dealerships. Work was fast. I called three times over a week for quotes and questions and every time I was greeted courteously. Chino hills Ford Will definitely be on my list for future use
