I came in for an oil change. When I got home I inspected under do to oil drops on the ground. I opened the hood to see what was going on. The problem is that he was sloppy he'd let oil spill all over the side of the engine. BS I say. I also have other issues. I have just purchased another car from you and I have issues with this Jeep. I have called and come by with no ones help. I bought two cars from in the last two months I've purchased over my lifetime now three cars from you guys not feeling the love
there was a lack of communication while my car was on the lot. I had to call every time to see what was going on as far as if they found out the problem. And they weren't able to figure out what the "problem" was

I liked that the service that Ramon provided to me was very helpful and polite. I was not satisfied that my car was not completed in the original time frame that I was told.
I appreciate the professional service provided by the service representative and the technicians. The Dodge Durango had two minor problems that two other service departments could not figure out, DCH techs fixed the problems on the first try. Extremely satisfied with our first visit to DCH.
The only complaint is you say it's an express oil and lube...the advisor should give you a time frame.I waited 2 hrs for express service..
I have two vibration issues that weren't detected. The recall issue was taken care of. Thank you
I don't like the choices you provided...am I satisfied, yes. "Completely"??? Well probably no. Why does it take 3.5 hours for an oil change and engine light reset...it always takes FOREVER when you go there. With all of the documentation and check out with the cashier (even though I don't owe any money), can you please make the service there go any faster?

Would have been nice to get a car wash like we were told when we bought the car.
They toll me it's going to 2 hours and they take 3 hours that is to long
My service guy ray was very helpful to get my issue resolved in the same day. My shuttle driver was friendly and I had good communication from ray about when my car would be finished

When i dropped the car off I waited 10 minutes after my appointment time until someone helped me. it took at least 5 for someone to even say hello. When I came to pick it up same situation, no one acknowledged me and eventually I went to ask someone were to go. I probably won't be back very often due to price. I feel the price is high for what's included. There are other places, granted not that specialize in dodge, that include car wash, tire rotation, inspection etc for the same price as the oil change. Just some friendly feedback
