It took a little bit longer then we ecpected. Over 2 hrs
Ramon was very nice and attentive to me during the process even though it seemed really busy on the service drive. If I ever had to use DCH again, I would ask for Ramon to be my service writer. Also the lady making my appointment was very nice and also the cashier was very pleasant as well.
I told the technician that I would be in the waiting area when I dropped off my vehicle. My vehicle was dropped off just before 9am (my scheduled appointment time). I sat in the waiting area until after 12 noon and decided to ask about the status of the vehicle. At this time I found out that it had been ready since 9:40ish! No one came in to tell me. After I received my key I went outside to find that my vehicle had been sitting in the parking lot unlocked all this time. There was not any respect for my time, my vehicle, or the items left in my vehicle that could have been taken. I was overall disappointed with your customer service. Unfortunately I have already paid for my next 15 oil changes or I would be taking my business elsewhere.
I got to the store shortly after it opened and I was told that my service should take about 1.5 hour. I was offered a ride to the Broken Yoke however I denied as I wanted to walk. By the time I walked down, ate, and walked back, it was time to pick up my car. The service rep was awesome.
Communication needs to be drastically improved. Leaving messages, no call back. Constantly having to call for updates. Parts department would say part has arrived, showed up in person and parts department says part is not here yet. Took 20 minutes to find part. Only reason I go to the dealer is because of the warranty. I really hope the "customer service" improves.
The car was put back together properly. The panel on the door and dash board is loose. I can pull it apart with my hands and the air conditioning vent on the dash is loose. :(
Ramon is terrific. After having the new car in twice for the same issue (when I attempted to start the car and go to reverse the car would slip out of reverse when I remove my foot from the brake and try to accelerate), then it goes back into park. I phoned Ramon the day follow my service this week to tell him it was doing the same thing ahain. I asked someone could come to my office since it was doing this and service hadn't been able to locate it. He arranged for that AND the issue seems to be resolved now. He is very professional and follows up well. Thank you, feel free to phone me

I really appreciate all the hard work day in and day out that you perform. This message is for management, you have outgrown your facility and its wearing out fast. Time to relocate and build a bigger facility to handle the amount of customers you have.
I came in rot an oil change at 0730. My truck was done at 1000
Justin did a great job making sure my van was taken care of. It took longer than expected because of parts availability, but he communicated with me through the whole process. Well done, Justin and DCH team.
