The manager at DCH Mike is great and helped out with my vehicle. The service advisor Armel on the other hand does not know how to do his job. On more than one occasion he has told me he will update me on my vehicle. The first time I waited 7 and a half hours and I had to call him. The next time I was told the same thing and hour and a half later no word and had to go ask him about my vehicle again. Because of mike I am satisfied with the service. Something has to be done with Armel and how the customer is treated.

I had a scheduled apointment. I pulled into bay area with no other cars in the area, or in line. I waited with my family for 10 minutes with no contact from service assistant. My wife exited our vehicle and approached a booth before being helped. Both booths were occupied with doors closed on the computer. Also I was never contacted or advised that my truck was being kept over night until l called and inquired. I believe customer service is no a priority at DCH Dodge Temecula.

It's not the service employees, it's the fact that my truck has continued to be in the shop over and over due to multiple issues.

Mike **** has always been professional and never trying sell things that are not neasecary. I don't like leaving my truck but mike always makes sure everything is good to go.
