Took a little long to have a representative assist me when I first pulled into the service line. All representatives were on the phone and I had an appointment. By the time someone helped me, it had been 10-15 min and I was late for the appointment time. Other than that, I love my jeep and the services provided at DCH dodge jeep Temecula. The service times are almost spot on and my car is in good condition.

Jim Gardner, as well as the other staff that I saw, reflected an improvement in staff attitudes since my last service. Everyone acts like they like their job and are performing it professionally. This is not to say that service was bad last time. It wasn't. But there is a more relaxed and positive air now throughout the dealership. Management has obviously figured out how to create an enjoyable working environment for the team. Thanks for all your efforts.

The personal touch delivered by the employees of DCH Dodge of Temecula, have been the best customer service I have received in many years of dealing with dealerships across the nation. As a veteran I have had the opportunity to live across the United States, therefore I had to have my vehicle serviced at many other dealerships. But none have provided such great customer service as DCH Dodge of Temecula, CA.

JAMES was great, good communication and informative. The temp is still a Lil high on my Jeep but then I really never had to monitor it til now. I do know I can count on ur service department. I had a bad experience with Lake Jeep. Ur location is now my go to spot. Thanks. Martinez family.

Communicate better. We had to call to checkin on status. Once we were able to get a hold of someone they said that they had just finished. However they weren't able to fix one of the warranties issues. They couldn't replicate it. However as soon as I drove away I heard it. Then they said they would have the cashier call us back in a few minutes to accept a phone payment as we would be picking the van up after service dept would be closed. Didn't receive a call for another 3 hours.

My car was not calibrated correctly & my seat was not programmed for easy access, etc as well As the memory not working in regards to programming the radio station when I brought it in for a recall last week. Because they disconnected the battery to perform the recall it caused this to happen. No one told me and I when I called and talked to Mike he said bring your car in and it will be a quick fix. I brought my car in at 1:30 pm and had to leave it overnight which was an inconvenience trying to get rides to and from work. My question is if they knew it would mess up the setting why was it no done when I originally had it in last week. I spent time trying to get it to work & it still is not right so I will be bringing it back again.

Good experience they worked on my Jeep and took great care of it. They gave it the works all in one day. Tire rotation, oil change, recall work, alignment, change the battery and I have no complaints.
