Juan was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and caring. He ordered the necessary replacement part, and told me when it was scheduled to arrive. He gave me a printed copy of the estimated cost of the part and labor. I was contacted when the part arrived as scheduled, called him, brought the car in, and the work was completed within the estimated time. Everything was handled promptly without any issues. Thank you! My only regret is that you don’t offer senior discounts. I forgot to ask about veterans discount.

Cesar, my service advisor was excellent. I called him and texted him numerous times. I was worried about the extended warranty I purchased, and if my issue would be covered. Cesar took my information and was able to get my warranty info to the right people. He let me know right away, that I had coverage. Excellent experience. Thanks Cesar !!!

Today Friday July 3rd, 2026, I went there 8:00 AM in the Morning to service center to do oil change service, but it took me almost 7 hours to waiting for oil change service, that really terrible “terrified” When I called schedule for appointment, they said if I đo oil change, no need to get appointment, that why I came there early, but took almost 7 hours, after 2:00 PM they just gave me back my car. I just seat there for a long time get tired and hungry. Nobody believes just oil change service took almost 7 hours for waiting. I thought nowhere people can find oil change service took almost 7 hours waiting, only at Hardin Honda Service Center in Anaheim. Terrible service
