I went to get an oil change all was good BUT I want to upgrade my vehicle so I was looking around the lot at the cars available I found a passport I wanted to see more in depth there wasnt any sales person around at the moment so I asked a Hispanic male he was chubby dressed formal i asked him "Is there anyone who can help me see a car?". He then proceeds to look me up and down and told me "YOU MUST BE LOOKING FOR A USED CAR" and points across the street. He then tells me he's from the finance department and can't help me as he walks away. I was considering upgrading my car at this location but with this I wont be coming back

When driving the car it was severely bouncing and the steering was vibrating. All the tires were at about 46 PSI when the max is 32 PSi. Although tire inspection was on the work order I did not request it.

So upsetting. We purchased 2 key fobs for our sons 2016 Honda Accord & Ur Honda Team failed to program the remote start???? That was the whole reason we went to a Honda Dealer to get the keys redone in the first place??? I expect a call from Manager regarding this matter ASAP as I would like this issue resolved amicably but I would appreciate the matter be escalated to Upper Management. Thank You!
