I asked that the front license plate holder be put on better as I had to do it last minute and it was not done when we purchased the truck. I did not have the rivet tool required. They said it was fine and did nothing.

Samantha is always great and courteous. I’ve never had any issues with Gosch Ford until today. It’s not much but I took for granted that my vehicle would have been washed when the service was done. That was my only issue. Thanks, Tim

We waited 3.5 hours to check a water leak under the car, and to put a new tire on which had been leaking from a plug that was done to the tire at the dealership prior to us purchasing the new Mach e. We had only had the car a week before we noticed these issues. The service dept seemed to be more interested in the paying service customers than their loyal ford new car buyers. Very frustrating and I let our service advisor know about it. Very disappointing!
