The man who helped me at the service department was great. I would give him 5 stars. However for the 1st time the shuttle service was not so great. I would only give them 2 stsrs. The driver was good but the timing was horrible.

All service was performed as described and on time. The only feedback I have is that I wish a car wash would be provided as a courtesy, especially having spent over $400 on service. Great job either way though, always happy with Gosch service department, been going there for more than 10 years and will continue to do so.
