Omar was an excellent service provider. Very knowledgeable and friendly.When told of the waiting time my friend and I asked if we could get a ride to the mall. Omar arranged it were on our way within minutes. Both drivers were pleasant and friendly. Received the car when promised with all taken care of.All around great service!!

Unfortunately I could not get my oriole changed before my appointment Time even though I showed up early. But they were very nice and apologetic and I was still very satisfied

My only complaint is that I dropped off my car at 9am and by 3:30 I had no call that it was ready. When I placed a call to Service they said it had been ready since before noon. Before I left in the am I made sure Omar had my correct phone # so they could call me when it was done.

Mr. Guy Foster treats his customers with respect. When he greets you at his desk he listens to what they want done with their vehicle and he gets it done. Gosch Hyundai has a very excellent representative in mr. Foster. It is a pleasure to have him wait on me as I know he will take care of my vehicle.

1 hour 45 minute oil change is unacceptable. Plus no car wash.

Guy was very helpful in setting up my appointment and letting me know of special sales that were currently going on. The estimated total he gave was within a few dollars of actual total which of course I am very pleased. My car was washed and I left with a nice shiny car.bThank you for superior service.
