I would have loved to have taken my car and got it serviced. I told them that I needed my car inspected because I was having trouble with it I told him that I had a lot of lights on they told me they were going to charge me $160 to check my car they never explained to me that every single thing needed to be explained so they could tell me different chargers. My car did not pass smog check and it is a 2016 Honda Civic they told me that to pay $180 more and they would have it smog ready I paid and they just told me that it didn't pass smog and I needed to fix another issue with my car at this point I am at 8,700 whoa I understand everybody needs to make their money but this is outrageous

Told me my car was ready, went to the front where his desk was. Waiting while he was finishing up with client, after he dashed off to grab a new car that was in the service line. After asking a different employee to check me out.

estimated time of service was almost exact to what was told for the amount of people there, but i will say there was enough seats for everyone & a nice coffee sections for free.

Upon my visit the paperwork was not reviewed with me and there was false information inputted. I never mentioned anything about my AC not working, which it was working perfectly fine. He never bothered to inform me that there was a “recall” for the AC issue. Either way I was charged for the labor and part that I never approved but on his personal sheet he wrote that it was approved, I’m not sure by who. He never bothered to mention any of this even when he called me to tell me my transmission and brake fluid was recommended for a change. I’m very unhappy because for a first time visiting this location. I assumed you have trustworthy employees but unfortunately that’s not the case. I want my money returned for the service I did not approve.

I recently had to have my car serviced twice within the past two weeks where Carlos was very kind to assist in both times. One Service was completed within reasonable time in both visits and explanations of services were always provided. Thank you for being so helpful!
