A/C cooled like brand new vehicle even though it was 111°F outside.
The sticker for the next oil change wasn’t put on my glass and I noticed it a mile down the road and had to turn back to get it.

Your scheduling is terrible. Why make an appointment? I will try never to come to this location again. Having a new system is not an excuse. My daughter had the same problems before you put this new system in.
Your computer had it as a 6 month service instead of one year. Caused a delay of an hour for the oil to be changes

Two days before my service appointment I took our car to the car wash.
As we were going thru the tunnel we noticed that one of our wipers was flapping in the wind. I decided to see what the service said and possibly having Toyota replace my blades. When the report came back, the wipers checked ok. I have now replaced my wiper blades but to be honest, I wonder how complete the inspection really was. And possibly what else was missed.
Adrian was careful to listen and follow through with my request. He reported back to me there was things on my list that had already been serviced and or some items that did not show wear.
Alignment wasnt done right for the 2nd time.

Hello, yes my representative to begin with introduced himself. I have no. I had no idea what his name was when he first walked up by my truck and then he never made contact with me after that. So after I guess about an hour and a half or so I was wondering what's going on with my truck. You know he should have touched base it and let me know. You know how the repairs were going and about how much longer I had before it was finished and then when the truck was finished. I had been sitting for just a few minutes outside with my dog by their offices where you check in at and I guess that's where he went to look for me. I wasn't there. I had gone inside because I have some health issues it was just too hot outside for me so I went and sat down again where I've been all morning since I got there with my dog in the waiting area and when I made contact with him he told me he was walking all around out there looking for me and I told him that this is the waiting area. I've been here the whole time but I guess he didn't have enough common sense to come over to the waiting area like the other advisors and checked and see if I was there so I don't know about him. The feeling I got I really did not like him The feeling I got from him I really did not care for.
I reinspected everything and half the crap your mechanic pointed out was incorrect. Battery was replaced this year, the "corrosion on terminal" was from the old battery which is plain as day considering the bottom of the post was clean. Then I had a front timing cover leak, unfortunately for you my engine bay is covered in dirt so its quite easy to tell there is no front timing cover leak. Then we got the rack and pinion leak which is automatically debunked by the fact my power steering reservoir is sitting at the full mark and ive never filled up the reservoir and if your mechanic used one brain cell they would see that directly above both of the rubber collars is a brand new ac line which was ruptured and replaced last week. They couldn't have known it was ruptured but it was a brand new line. thanks to you guys my potential buyer backed out because of your false claims. This crap is why I stopped working as a mechanic in a dealership environment
