Li was great, very attentive and he took the time to explain ever single thing, providing updates about the maintenance process. I said I was not completely satisfied is because one of the main reason I took the car to the dealer is because the AC is not working. I understand it is a long process but I left with no definitive diagnose. Li was also acommodating and nice enough to leave a note to schedule an appointment to bring a car again to figure it out and hopefully fix the AC. There was nothing wrong with Li, all the contrary, I’m just frustrated that I couldn’t fix the issue today
Susan was great she left me very satisfied, she was professional, respectful and patient, she explained what was going to be done and when it would be ready ,and as usual Bay Ridge Honda did a great job ,I thank Susan and Bay Ridge Honda.
