I enjoy the service I was given by Sabina. She was pleasant and welcoming. She kept me informed about the status of mm y vehicle at all times.
I brought my car in for a routine servicing. I then had to bring it back two more times before it was running properly. I appreciate that I was not charged for those subsequent visits. However, the initial charge of $462 was outrageous for the work that was done. Each of the times I had to bring the car back I wasted an hour and a half of my time. I do not look forward to future visits with your team. This is not particularly Edwin‘s fault. I also was asked at least five times after my first visit to provide feedback which I did not do and I felt like I was being harassed to leave a comment. I do appreciate the ease with which I was able to make an appointment.
I am still having trouble with the wheel alignment and it’s I can’t seem to keep the car from staying straight. I don’t think that the tires were rotated and balance.
