Hands down Edwin is top notch in customer service and vehicle knowledge! I have dealt with many mechanics and service advisors from other shops, but Edwin and the Honda Bay Ridge Service Center is really one of the best shops I have ever been to! If it’s one advisor I would give a trophy to it would be Edwin for his elite service.
