It took 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Last time was an hour and 30 minutes for an oil change only. Use to be about an hour for this type of service.

The 2020 explorer for my wife was honestly a terrible experience for her and was by far the worst vehicle we have ever had. BUT, my 2023 f150 has been the best vehicle I personally have ever had. It **** we had to split ways in the SUV world with ford, but my returned business and maintenance schedules will always be with you guys. Sorry for the honesty, but thank you for being good people about it and will see you guys on next oil change ????????

I was satisfied with the work. Just wondering why it took 2 hours to change the oil and rotate the tires. I have never waited that long anywhere else. ????
