The 2020 explorer for my wife was honestly a terrible experience for her and was by far the worst vehicle we have ever had. BUT, my 2023 f150 has been the best vehicle I personally have ever had. It **** we had to split ways in the SUV world with ford, but my returned business and maintenance schedules will always be with you guys. Sorry for the honesty, but thank you for being good people about it and will see you guys on next oil change ????????

There is no way the I will recommend your service to nobody else after you guys practically rob me . Besides the time the I wasted waiting your team change the price 3 times I never seing a place like that in my entire life. I don't want an apology I need management to fix this.
