I trusted Harold Yung for many years as my service adviser. John Agahan has big shoes to fill, but so far he's doing a great job.
I have had my car service multiple times at Southbay Toyota & this was the first time an advisor approached me to let me know my car was almost done. I really appreciated that small, but mighty detail from Erik!
I am not completely satisfied with the service only because I did not receive air in my tires. My tire pressure sign was on after my appointment. I initially thought this would be taken care of after receiving my car back, but it was not resolved. However, everything else was to my satisfaction except this issue.
Alfredo was great. He has great customer service and positive attitude.
Service advisor was excellent.
This is for th service team at the South Bay team Jorge & Eric they were both great and good to work with. I always do have the pleasure of the staff and everyone there. Always go there for the service and so far the people are great as for the parts for the car I guess I have to wait to see how my ride is.

I had an appointment at 12pm for regular 6 month check up and I got there 11:40am and waited in the line until 11:55am in my car to give the car to them. So far so good.
I went to the waiting room and I was told at 1pm that the service was about to start. I got my car back at 2:10pm without oil & filter changed, not sure if they made the tire rotation. They said that they spent time resetting the tire pressure and radio system that I was complaining issues.
Also I went to ask a seller about thinking to buy my car and wanted to have an idea how it works before my leasing is done, I made clear I don’t want my credit score to be checked, that ge just explain to me ( I am 1st time leasing, I always bought my cars before) and they did check it anyway. So I got an hard inquiry. I am really disappointed with that Gardena store (Southbay Toyota) and be careful this that sales team, they are a scam trying to give ou selling you something that you didn’t ask.
