I didn’t get a multipoint inspection videos or a list of things he things that needs my attention
There was no service placed on the vehicle. The service consultant handing my vehicle was professional and helpful.
I was ignored not once but twice by the service advisor. He noticed me waiting and still went outside to get another customer. I had to get another advisor to help me with getting my vehicle after being ignored the second time. My vehicles computer wasn’t even reset for the service. Making it that I had to return back to the dealer for it to be reset.
I do not like the fact that after leasing a car for one month to 45 days I was recommended to purchase new tires because they have bubbles on the side wall.
I was actually very pleased with the service today. Cristian was very professional and knowledgeable. Also the service was done in 2.5 hrs which was great because usually they take like 4 hrs which is very frustrating. Today I had my 5yr old with me so I was happy we didn't have to be there longer as kids get impatient.
