Had appointment. Truck did not go back for 45 minutes. Overall it was 2 hours for a 70,000 mile service. Service writer was good and apologized for how long it took. You either need to hire more techs, or take less appointments.

It said they did a 27 point inspection. Does this not include wiper blades, if it does they didn’t check them. I have one that is torn and nothing was said about it and it wasn’t replaced

The experience was okay but kind of frustrating too. When my vehicle was finished I got in and before backing out realized they forgot to put the new sticker in my window and the old one was still there. It was raining outside so I had to pull around and go back inside for them the get me a new sticker. Then after I left I realized they didn’t reset the maintenance required light. I had to look it up online to be able to reset it myself. Just annoying not terrible
