It tuck hour and 40 monies to do a oil change only it should not take that long for a simple oil change. Besides that I was satisfied with service

Even during the remodel service is still top notch. I waited in lounge while all maintenance was complete. In and out in very little time. Everyone is always so pleasant. I no longer dread taking my vehicle for maintenance. It is a pleasant, respectful, and swift experience now every time

90 minutes was a long time for an oil change & tire rotation. I’m from Leopold, Indiana. It made for a long day . Usually the service only takes 60 minutes. I had an appt. I wasn’t a walk in. I’m satisfied with the service, it was just really , really long wait.

I was totally thrilled that I got to use a coupon I received in the mail. Service was great and employees were kind and friendly. On my departure I was given another coupon to use in the future. When one of my vehicles need repair I will return for service. Also if I should decide to purchase a new vehicle I will check here first.

My appointment was for 3:00, I got there at 2:50, I didn’t get out of there until 4:21. For a oil change.

Prices keep going up. I'm already pricing other places because I can't keep paying higher prices. I used to be able to get a oil change and tire rotation for less than $70... and now it is over $100 for the same service.
