Seat in truck was pulled all the way up had to spend sevral min getting the settings on the dash back like they were came in for a oil change and got a additional 99 dollors added for something the service manager said the oil change guy took apart during some sorry of 99 point inspection that I didn’t ask for but more than paid for and was pressure ed by the service manager to purchase liked the dealer ship better when it was a ram dealer didn’t feel like I got what I asked for today and I only bring my truck there because of the life time warranty that came with the new truck purchase kinda feel like I was ripped off and when I asked about my tail gate falling open and became damaged last time I was told I had to take it to a ram dealerthanks

I arrived early and my Tacoma was taken right away to be serviced. I received an email or text showing a filter needed to be replaced, gave the price, and asked if they should replace it, I responded yes. All staff were professional, courteous, and efficient.
