on my way out of town and light came on! Rolled in to Watermark with no appt. They drove me home to get another vehicle to continue my trip! Had text with problem diagnosis in an hour, parts ordered and repaired within 4 days! Then they delivered back to my house. 5 Star service Clayton!

2024 Grand Highlander, recall for airbags, headliner had to be taken out and replaced. When I picked it up there were multiple smudges on it. Chase took it back and had it cleaned and it looked ok after.

Ayer today’s experience I will no longer be a customer at Watermark Toyota!! I will either go to Owensboro or Hopkinsville for my service needs. I have purchased 5 new vehicles and spent several thousand dollars in service and maintenance visits but that kind of loyalty doesn’t seem to matter.
