I don’t want to blame anyone person for my negative feedback. But I arrived at 1:30 for my 130 appointment, I asked how long it would take. It was for an oil change tire rotation I was told one hour. When it went past one hour. I went to check how much longer and my car had not even been brought back for service. I was told that people had called in so you were short. I understand that happens, but what is very upsetting to me is you guys were not upfront? You knew at the time that I came that you were shorthanded you knew that it wouldn’t take one hour. It was close to two hours before I got out of there. I appreciate that you gave me a free oil change and I thank you for that and I think it is expected, however be upfront with people don’t lie to them. I’ve lost trust at this point. I also wanted the air in my tires to be checked and I mentioned that because the first time I visited you guys, you didn’t check the air in my tires. My previous dealership always did the air in my tires. I didn’t have to ask. So I hope that things will change at your dealership.

Today was terrible customer service at its finest. 230 appointment time, car was.pulled around for service about 315, others in the customer waiting area was experiencing the same problem. One customer talked with the service department personnel, at that time employee Clayton from the service department came through the waiting area and into an office slamming doors. Totally unprofessional and uncalled for. We are paying customers and was never told that they was running behind or short staffed. I would love for the management to call me and explain why his employee would be allowed to act this way with customers present

When you make an appointment the service should be completed in a reasonable amount of time to that appointment. The waiting room was full of unsatisfied customers today. Everything could have been avoided by just give a common courtesy heads up that they were short handed and everything was on a delay. This has happened to me the last several times I have been in there. I’ve watched vehicles that came in after my appointment time get took back first. There was an elderly lady that had been waiting for 2.5 hours for an oil change

Upper Seatbelt swivel on door pillar for driver side missing and passenger windshield pillar cover coming off and air bag connector exposed. Will be calling on Monday to schedule repair
