Javoris Gray was not my service advisor. Well, if he was the one who handed me my paper & key after the work was done, he was kind enough, but couldn’t answer my questions & brushed me off.
Brad was who I dealt with, and this time, he treated me like I was a stupid woman!
I had a 11:15 appt. For an oil change and I had to wait 2hrs that don’t make no sense, it shouldn’t take no more than 30 mins. the most not please at all,
My experience has made me want to purchase another Hyundai. Great service

My appointment was at 7am. I waited until 7:20 to get in. I was told I would have a rental to drive. There was no rental available. The shuttle brought me home. But didn't return to pick me up. No one would answer the phone when I called 6 times. I will not be using this dealership again

Took too long - waited for over an hour - never taken that long before. Rep told me it can take up to an hour and 15 minutes. My spot was at 11:30 - I was there at 11:20 - not checked in til 11:34. Close to quarter til 1 before got my car back. I was the only person there for the majority of the appt - seemed like it should have been better service.

I took my car because of a problem it was having, the dash stated "check hybrid system, turn engine off", was told it was because of low oil. Yall did a oil change, I drove 16 miles and the car throws up the EXACT same error on the dash, I called the dealership, everyone from the service department left at 5, when the dealership doesn't close till 6. I had to have the car towed back to the dealership
No comment.
He called when car was being checked out for possible recall.
He told me all was fine.
He helped me with a problem with the nav that I couldn't figure out. And it was quick for him thanks
