I still believe front driver ac seat is not operating at 100%, and that it is not normal nor acceptable for when you put the car in reverse, that it initially crawls forward slightly. Insane and dangerous.

Don’t feel that the dealership is honest, technician doing inspection pointed out things that were not true, saying I needed to replace or repair. For example, told me I needed oil change and that the oil didn’t show on dipstick, I checked it myself before I pulled off your lot and it wasn’t true. Oil was showing on dipstick. This leads me to believe the dealership isn’t honest and you’re preying on naive individuals. I won’t be doing any business with your dealership. But thx for handling the recall work.
